We can’t thank Cheltenham Glass and Glazing enough. The replacement window that they fitted matches our other windows perfectly
Mr & Mrs P, Cirencester
When moisture trapped between the panes of a double-glazed window unit it will cause the window to mist up. This is a sign that the seal between the two panes has failed and the unit needs to be repaired or replaced.
Cheltenham Glass and Glazing were contacted recently by Mr& Mrs P of Cirencester, who had put up with a misted window at their Gloucestershire home for some time.
The misting had got worse and they decided it was time to sort it out.
Adam Worth, Director at Cheltenham Glass and Glazing said, “It is important that misted windows are replaced because they affect the energy efficiency of a home.” He went on to say that,
“Failed double glazing units allow excess heat to escape which will lead to energy bills going up. We are often asked to replace individual failed units at customers’ homes”
Mr & Mrs P were very impressed with the service provided by Adam and his team, who worked quickly and efficiently, causing minimal disruption whilst they installed a new double-glazed unit with a carefully chosen lead-work pattern that matched the other windows at the Gloucestershire property.
Mr P added “Adam’s fitter was great. He tidied up after replacing the misted window and cleaned the new unit. We’re delighted with the result. We will recommend Cheltenham Glass and Glazing to our friends and family”.
