Cheltenham Glass and Glazing recently carried out work to replace the secondary glazing at the Hatherley Court home of Mr & Mrs E. The existing secondary glazing had been in place for a long time and the frames had become cracked beyond repair.

Living within the Cheltenham central conservation area, Mr& Mrs E. knew that they could not replace their secondary glazing with new double-glazing units because of planning restrictions that apply to that area of Cheltenham and were content to replace it with new secondary glazing
